Description
Essentially just a quick size reference for all my gryphon characters, who are all based on the same subspecies of my own devising: the Mathraxian, or Emperor gryphon: Gryphonicus Maximus. The silhuotte isn't perfect - the tail should be thicker, the chest larger (flight muscles) the wings wider and the feathery ears more noticeable - but we can still see that what we have here is a very predatory creature. That little human won't be unaware of the rapacious creature behind him for too long...
Massive, extremely strong, and generally highly intelligent, the Emperor gryphon is the largest species of gryphon known, and by far the most deadly. They are fully capable of swallowing nearly any prey alive, their exceptional senses allowing them to enjoy every nuance of the hunt.
I should make it clear that neither of the silhouettes are mine. Google Images found them for me, helpful little thing that it is.
Contains: gryphon griffin griffon silhuoette size reference semi-macro monster predator feathers Damian Goldeneye Sehria Emperor Mathraxian the taste of terror beak avian bird Pre-vore
